St. Dominic’s was founded by the late Mrs. J. E. Street in 1999, an educator at her core from the northeastern state of Meghalaya. Mrs. Street provided the vision for the school and its environment and created an idyllic setting for an educational establishment. Many current and old parents, well-wishers, and visitors are amazed by the school’s setting, its layout, and the open spaces for the children to run about. In the words of the late foundress, “We have a fine and beautiful campus with all the right conditions for children to learn and grow.”
